Big thank you to all who supported King Chatterers (Mayor Pellegrini, Councillor Avia Eek and myself) as we each made our 40,000 steps to raise funds for CHATS (Community & Home Assistance to Seniors.)  And when I say “support” I just don’t mean $$ in form of pledges; throughout the week  I personally heard words of encouragement and interest in our our walk as CHATS is so very important.

Final numbers are not tallied yet.  It looks like King Chatterers earned $1,155; all the walkers earned close to $20,000.
