Townhouses on Station Road

At the March 2nd Public Planning Council meeting there will be applications including amendments to both the Official Plan and the Zoning Bylaw to enable a development on north side of Station Rd. across from the GO train station. The Project is specifically for the purpose of developing a 29-unit townhouse project where thirteen (13) 3-storey townhouses will front on Station Road and sixteen (16) 3-storey townhouses will obtain access from a private condominium laneway from West Street. This is  a Public Planning meeting; no decisions are made but it is the time for the public to learn more about the project and to make comments.  The staff report on the project will be published in the Council agenda on February 26.  As always deputations can be made. To do so please register at clerks@king.ca by noon on March 2 or If you prefer you can e-mail your comments to clerks@king.ca and they will be distributed to Council members and appropriate staff.
