I have last reviewed that the OMB hearing on the Mary Lake Estates development application would reconvene  April 18^th.  It did reconvene but very briefly as the Township, working with the developer,  had not yet completed the draft plan of subdivision, the conditions of draft approval and the zoning bylaw.  OMB hearing is scheduled to convene again on Thursday May 9^th.   This work was being done as part of negotiations consistent with the resolution passed by Council on March 25
