On May 9th council agenda there is a report presenting a pilot program to enhance the process for a property owner in a new subdivision, prior to assumption of that subdivision by the municipality, who wants to install a pool. As reviewed in the report, currently under that situation i.e.  prior to subdivision assumption is very difficult. I applaud the Public Works Development Division’s initiative to figure out a way to make that process more simple without jeopardizing the properties around the desired pool property. It’s great that Fandor has agreed to be part of the pilot in their subdivision Via Moto. To make a comment or to register to make a deputation contact  clerks@king.ca by noon on Monday, May 9.
