On June 15 Council agenda there is a report reviewing the Master Plan for water and wastewater in King Township. It is used to guide development review and servicing discussions with York Region and provides updates to the Township’s asset management plans, capital budgeting and development charges, as applicable.  The Master Plan is relevant to the three communities which are serviced (King City, Nobleton and Schomberg). The Master Plan has confirmed that forecasted growth can be supported with some targeted improvements; Specifics are provided in the report.
