On June 15 Council agenda there is a report on winter maintenance level of service review. Without question in the middle of June one doesn’t really want to think about winter maintenance but as reviewed in this report there are gaps in what is being provided. I agree with the recommendation that as we go through the 2027 budget process and future ones that there be consideration of a phased approach to improve winter maintenance service levels.
