On April 25 Council agenda there is a report recommending that the Township execute a pre-servicing agreement with Stateview so that they can take advantage of the spring construction season and begin the servicing works. As reviewed in the report the site plan agreement is not yet finalized but the pre servicing drawings have been reviewed and approved. As the subdivision agreement has been approved I think it’s very appropriate to enable the pre-servicing work to begin; the sooner it begins the sooner this project can be completed. it is not to anyone’s advantage to unnecessarily prolong living with a construction site.
