The Zancor Centre has reached a significant milestone with the granting of partial occupancy, marking a crucial step towards its official opening. This development signifies that specific areas within the building have been inspected and deemed safe and suitable for use, in compliance with local codes and standards. Inspections were conducted by township Building Officials, Engineers of Record, the architect, TSSA, ESA, and other relevant authorities.  Partial occupancy is a critical phase in any facility project, as it allows staff to begin setting up and undergoing the necessary training to operate a facility of this scale. This preparation is essential to ensure that the Zancor Centre can function smoothly and efficiently once it opens its doors to the public.

The project team continues to work diligently towards achieving total completion, an ongoing process that will bring the Zancor Centre closer to its official opening on January 26.
