ZBA on Graham SDRD.

On March 9 Council there is a report recommending approval of a Zoning Bylaw Amendment (ZBA) proposing site specific amendments at one property (962 Graham Sideroad).   This will facilitate the creation of a new lot and the development of an additional single detached dwelling.  The report reviews thoroughly why this ZBA is appropriate. To my mind two factors are particularly important. The land for agriculture will be improved in the sense that it will be consolidated. And there has been care to ensure that there is neighbourhood compatibility. To see all the appendices go to Council agenda and scroll down to 12.2
