November 28^th 1-4 PM there will be a special Committee of the Whole meeting with a single agenda item:  2012 budget.

I don’t know how the meeting will be run; and more importantly I don’t know what the desired outcome from this specific meeting is.  But, as Council members have provided input in terms of our priorities and as the individual departments have been working on their budgets I anticipate that it will be a very informative meeting at the very least.

So…if your schedule permits, you are welcome to attend.  Its in Council Chambers

You can expect that over the next few months the budget will be a regular topic on which I comment.
