The most westerly leg of Burns Blvd in King City opened on Monday so that one can now drive south to access King Road.   The opening of the road prior to the Township assuming it is in response to residents identifying health & safety concerns about not being able to efficiently exit King Station if there is an obstacle on Station Road at the GO tracks; in addition there was concern about emergency services being “confused” as to how to reach a specific address as Burns Blvd appears on maps as having an intersection at King Road.
