On December 8 there is a Public Meeting prior to the Council meeting about the new Development Charges Bylaw.  The latter was an agenda item on the November 11th Council meeting with a report and a presentation; To be honest I don’t understand why it is on the agenda for December 8, particularly as the latter is very robust already, but I assume there is a reason.  The Watson report included in the December 8 agenda is the same as the one included in the November meeting.  There will be a presentation at the December 8 council meeting.
