On Council agenda for June 10 there is a report on the development at northwest corner of Hwy 27/King Road including the designated heritage property known as Hambly House.  This development was the subject of a public meeting in November 2017.   Since then some changes have been made in response to feedback.  A very important aspect of the proposal has been retained, specifically there will be purpose built apartments of various sizes.  This alternate housing form is needed.  There have been changes to design which are better such as removing the tower features, facade enhancements, height reductions.  All the details are in the report.  I still have concern about the length of building 2 as it runs along Hwy 27.
