Graham SDRD: application for severance

On Monday September 8 there is a Public Planning meeting concerning an application for  Zoning By-law Amendment at 962 Graham Sideroad. The owner is proposing a severance of the subject property, for the purposes of creating one additional lot and the construction of a proposed single detached dwelling.

Here is the notice of the meeting with more information about the application. As noted the staff report will be available on September 4.

Council does not make a decision at a public planning meeting as the purpose of the meeting is to receive comments and hear questions from the public. As indicated in the notice registration for deputations need to be made by noon on September 8th; send requests for such to clerks@king.ca.
