On June 1 Council agenda there is a report recommending approval to enter into a subdivision agreement with Nobleton 2715 Developments. This is a property located at the southeast corner of Hwy. 27 and the 15th Side Rd. An interesting “engineering” aspect of this development is that the Township has agreed to permit the construction of a subsurface stormwater management facility within the proposed park block in lieu of a traditional storm water management pond. This is part of a pilot program to evaluate alternative stormwater management approaches.

Thanks for mentioning this. I was thinking that the developer was ignoring the seasonal pond near the 15th Sideroad, so am glad to read that there will be a subsurface storm water management facility. I sure hope that it works!
