For those of us living outside the 3 villages, we have the important responsibility of ensuring that our well is in good condition and that the water we are drawing from it is safe.  Here is a public service announcement from York Regionreminding us that spring is an excellent time for confirming the safety of the water.  Water sampling bottles can be picked up at the Township Office in King City, at the Trisan Centre in Schomberg and Dr. Laceby Arena in  Nobleton. The filled sample bottles can be dropped of at the Tannery Building, Suite 240, 465 Davis Drive in Newmarket; other locations are noted on the above mentioned public service announcement.
